this is my simba tattoo. i got it about a year ago, first tat ever. i got in Pocos de Caldas, Minas Gerais Brazil. Simba goes through a lot in the movie, and when i was little i saw myself in simbas personality and growing up the lion king has been my favorite movie till this date. i love every symbol in the movie, and my spirit animal is a lion, so when the idea finally hit me, i was pumped. Rodrigo did an amazing job.

My name is Lindsey and this is my first tattoo! It’s just a little something to start me off, but I love it. It says, “send me” referring to one of my favorite verses, Isaiah 6:8 that says,
“Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us? ”
And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”
It’s on the back of my ankle/ heel. To break it down and make sense to you all, it’s a little declaration for myself saying that I’m willing to be sent wherever God wants me, I’m willing to be the feet of the body of Christ. Which is beautiful and terrifying all at once.Romans 10:15, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
